Hey there, so recently, I've been reading either on chats, chat on homepage or ingame on the troubles about installing the game for some people. We never know if those people are new to private servers or they found confusing installing the game for X reason.
In here, I will show you (with pictures) on how to install properly the game.

First of all, you have to go the main page, not the forums.
2- After getting on the page, click the Download text in the blue bar.
3- After clicking on it, you should arrive at this page.
Once there, start by clicking the Setup box, it will lead you on a white page with an M logo. Under the Valkyrie.exe, click on the download button.
4- Now, depending on your downloading/internet speed, wait until it's finished.
5- After finishing downloading, a prompt will appear asking you where you want to save it in. I recommend putting it somewhere that you have an easy access to.
6- Once you have the .exe in your folder, run it and this will appear :
7- Click next until it tells you where do you want to install the files. There will be already an path to it by default, but I recommend you to save it in a folder you have easy access to.
8- After finishing, you should have all your files like this :
Cool! Now your setup's done. At this point, you can start the game and play, however you don't have the client updated to the latest version therefore, if someone in the server comes to your channel in your map, your game will crash right away. So, I think it would be preferable to install the client, don't you think so?
(Note, if you have an anti-virus installed, it will think the .exe of the client is a high risk trojan and it will delete the program right away. So, please be sure to allow the client as a "Yes, I allow it" as an administrator so it will stop thinking it's a virus)
9- Now, to install the client, repeat step 3, but instead of clicking the button for the setup, click the button for client. At this point, it should be the same process, the only difference is that it's much smaller than it's setup brother.
10- Once installed in an easy access folder, extract the files from the ValkyrieWz zip and all it's contents should be moved in the setup files.
11- Once you have placed those in the setup files, a prompt will appear saying if you either want to replace the files or keep them. Click on the "Yes to All" to replace all files in the setup.
12- At this point, everything should be fine, all you'd need to do is make an account, check the game if it can be opened up well and play the game!
PS. All future updates (Wz files) will be done in the client only. So next time, there's the gm (Suho) says that you need to download the new wz files, well repeat the process of Step 10, and you should be done. Otherwise, reread this entire thread altogether.
