Quest Bugs (And other bug related quests)

So, after playing the game for a bit, I noticed that some quests aren't either working at all, or easy fast travels thanks to quests are weirdly removed, so for now, I'll put some quests which would've helped alot during the playthrough. (Sure grinding's faster, but some other people are more quest oriented rather than grind exp). 
Also, keep in mind that @dispose has been used to see if it really worked. 

So let's start this thing : 

- Camila's Gem : Over lv 23 quest 
What happens : After getting the gem, the portal leading to Utah's farm does not work. 

- Getting to Dr.Kim : Over lv 30 quest
What happens : After finishing the lazy calico quest, usually, you would get 5 warp cards, then talk to Rolonay to start the quest and with the warp cards, it allows you to go to Omega Sector from the Nautilus harbor without wasting a penny. But the portal will not work. Turning a very easy to do quest into something you'll hate to do (because the other way would be to go to ludibrium and go ALL the way from the 100th floor of eos tower to the 1st floor just to talk to one guy.). In case you don't know, this is the portal. 

- Find Fresh Milk : Over lv 20 quest
What happens : After receiving the quest, after clicking the line to go inside the stables, this thing appears. So yea, that's about it. 

Whalians and the Nautilus : Over lv 10 quest
What happens : So the prince-dolphin asks you to go touch a stone, but after clicking "touching it", nothing happens. 

- Shumi's Lost Coin : Over lv 20 quest
What happens : After buying a ticket from Jake (Subway worker), the ticket gate will not take my ticket. 

-John's Pink Flower Basket : Over lv 15 quest 
What happens : Well this one should be obvious. After accepting the quest, you need to go to Sleepywood and talk to a npc called Mysterious Statue. But unfortunately, it's function has been replaced to exchange Goddess's feathers. 



- Going to KFT through the elevator(Korean Folk Town)
What happens : Well, the elevator doesn't work at all. Nothing pops up, no message appears, nothing happens. The only other way to get to KFT, would be from Aquaroad to KFT but like Omega Sector, it's a bit of a let down to go really far just to reach a town which should be easy to go. 

Those are the quests I encountered in my playthrough, there may be even more quests I missed who might/might not work but they will appear here once I get a sufficient level and start to do all my missing quests. So, that's it for now. 

Update #1: 

-Nero's Necklace (Level 20 and above)
What happens : Buying the golden bell is an easy task but when buying the Red Ribbon, a prompt appears saying '' You don't have any mesos!''. Considering I have over 1m mesos, I find that weird. I would post a picture, but I'm not technically home right now. 

Update #2: 

-Monster Riding (Lv 70 and above)
What happens : After talking to Kenta, usually what you have to do is click a link to "protect the hog" but nothing appears. Making anyone that reaches lv 70 a big disappointment especially those that are not in the mobility sections such as a Brawler or Warriors.
